• Simple Pricing—you’ll know what the inspection costs going in, no hidden charges, no surprises when it is done.  We determine our pricing based on the type of dwelling and number of systems in the home, and we maintain the quote on-site even if it takes us longer do the inspection than anticipated.  You can concentrate on youre thorough home inspection without having to keep one eye on the clock.  

• Simply Better^SM Reporting system provides professional, custom reports – all computer generated (typewritten) and uploaded to our website or sent via e-mail or fax the same day. You don’t need to decipher handwritten documents or wait for snail mail delivery.   Our Harmony Home Inspection meets the State of Illinois Standards of Practice^{(PDF FILE)}, and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice.
